STEP 1: Please check the version of Hauptwerk you use
Please ensure that you have a copy of Hauptwerk version V (or higher - version VI or VII is ok too!). The current version of the Peterborough organ will not work on Hauptwerk version 4 or below. Note that mistakes cannot be rectified later.
(Users of Hauptwerk version 4 will need to upgrade to version V or VI to purchase the current Peterborough sample sets. Previously purchased Hauptwerk 4 sample set licences will be upgraded to Hauptwerk V versions free of charge by Hauptwerk until 1st October 2020. After that date, they may charge to upgrade.)

For further details of the sample set, see the organ information page, or download the pdf Manual. Note that this version now includes both the pre-repitched instrument specification (A=452) and the current specification at concert pitch.
 
The Trial version can be used on the Free version of Hauptwerk, but all other versions require an additional licence for the "Advanced" edition of Hauptwerk version V (Not included - which must be purchased from www.Hauptwerk.com if you do not already have it). Note that any import charges or taxes from sales outside the United Kingdom are not included in the prices shown, and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please note that for orders from outside the United Kingdom, the shipping terms are DAP (Delivered At Place), meaning that additional taxes and/or duties may be payable depending on your local regulations, and paying these costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. UPDATE - from the 1st Jan 2021, all orders shipped to the EU will be subject to import VAT which is not included in the price listed. Given the complexity and cost of the alternatives, we regretfully require that the purchaser will be responsible for any import costs incurred.
